Annual Industry Policy Conference – Vancouver, BC
On Friday, November 15th, 2019, the SFI will hold its Annual Industry Policy Conference and Fundraiser at Vancouver Convention Centre – West in Vancouver overlooking Burrard Inlet. The theme is Striving for Certainty and Stability. The agenda and details about the 2019 events will be posted in this space.

Minister Wilkinson’s video remarks as provided to the SFI Conference
A supporting document: During Minister Wilkinson’s remarks he referenced the Vision as developed by the SFAB, the SFI and others in the recreational fishing community. The 2021 Vision Executive Summary provides the plan to appropriately fund actions both by the department and the sector to maximize benefits to be gained from a healthy, vibrant and sustainable recreational fishery in British Columbia.
